Membership of the ADSHG is open to anyone with Addison's Disease, family and friends or anyone with an interest in Addison's Disease.  Please apply on-line and arrange to pay by cheque, standing order or PayPal and you will will then receive a username and password for our members-only website area.

On joining the ADSHG you will receive print copies of the following Addison's disease clinical advisory panel (ACAP) and ADSHG publications:

• Credit card sized fold-out laminated Emergency Card [ACAP]

• Surgical Guidelines [ACAP]

• Living with Addison’s disease: an owner’s manual [ADSHG]

• The newsletter which is issued 4 times a year in September, Decembers, March and June each year. [ADSHG]

You will also entitled to join our e-mail discussion group forum.

UK residents

Please consider paying the annual UK subscription by UK bank standing order or on-line with PayPal as this greatly eases our administration. Subscriptions are payable on application and then becomes due the following January. (When joining between July and December your initial subscription payment will be half price).

Non-UK residents

The annual worldwide subscription of £20 is payable on application and then becomes due the following January. (When joining between July and December your initial subscription payment will be £10).
