We're sponsoring awareness raising in primary care to mark International Addison's Day, 29th May. Get involved!

Addison's is a rare endocrine condition, affecting 9,000 people in UK & Ireland. So it's unsurprising to find that many primary care practitioners have little experience of adrenal insufficiency. This year we're making a sustained push into primary care to help our hard-working doctors with a range of resources to better care for people affected by Addison's Disease.

Many GP surgeries have expressed an interest in hosting a patient-led information session. If you’d like to get involved, contact your local GP Practice Manager to arrange a session. We can provide ADSHG members with presentation packs, leaflets and posters, just signup here by 30th April.

Can you help with a donation towards the cost of the awareness packs?

Just £5 provides a pack for a single General Practitioner, £20 enables us to reach every GP within a medical practice.
