ADSHG Cookbook

Cookbook: How Not To Dig Your Grave With a Knife and Fork

Compiled by ADSHG trustee and early years consultant Sue Chambers, this cookbook offers a full spread of easy-to-prepare and healthy-eating recipes from breakfast through to supper and snacks.

Most can be adapted to become gluten-free; some are especially suited to babies and younger children.

The recipes include contributions from well-known chefs and civic leaders, including Delia Smith, Stephen Fry, Mary McAleese and David Cameron. The ADSHG is especially grateful to the Irish Ambulance service for its contributions.

This publication was made possible through generous sponsorship from Edwin Genet. All proceeds go towards the work of the ADSHG
