Download our ADSHG Guide to Gifts in Wills. How a gift in your will can make a difference We rely on individual donations for much of our operating income. As a small charity supporting people affected by a rare medical condition which is not widely known, we inevitably struggle to attract donations from the wider public. Most of those who support our work have a family member with the condition, or have lost a loved one to an adrenal crisis. medical and community awareness has made great strides since we achieved charitable accreditation in 2004, but there is still much to be done. Our grandson has Addison's which has changed all of our family's lives. Please accept this gift and good health to you all. Here's to the next 35 years! As someone who recognises the need for the Addison's Disease Self-Help Group to continue its vital work, we hope you will consider leaving a gift in your will and help to improve the future. Here's to the next 35 years! My beautiful, caring, loving daughter passed away aged 25 years with Addison's and in her courageous honour we would like to continue to support Addison's Disease Self-help Group in their hard work. Thank you We are very grateful to everyone who supports our work. The size of your gift is less important to us than knowing that you value and support what we do, to make the world a safer place for people with adrenal conditions.
