Online forum Our Forum is a vibrant community of ADSHG members offering mutual support and help. It is a key membership benefit of the ADSHG, providing subscribing members with the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, make new friends and discuss the practicalities of living with Addison's and adrenal insufficiency. The site is simple to use. If you just want to read the existing conversations, you can choose a topic from the message boards. Or start your own topic and conversation! One of the best ways to gain new knowledge and information about Addison’s and adrenal insufficiency is through the experiences of other people with the condition. You may not feel that you need advice, but you may be in a position to give it, and to help others. Who can join? The ADSHG Forum is for everyone living with Addison’s and adrenal insufficiency, their families, friends and all those who support them. We have members from all around the world! You’ll need to be a member of the ADSHG to read previous conversations, ask questions or answer other people's questions within the Forum. It's easy to sign up, and you don’t need to use your real name when on the Forum if you don’t want to.
