ADSHG Forum - If you are unable to access member-only the forum please follow these steps

1. Check that you are a current member. You need to join the ADSHG to access our member forum. When memberships are not renewed every 12 months we remove access to the forum for those members. Do look back through your emails and see when you last renewed, it can come around quicker than you expect. If you would like to check the status of your membership please contact our membership team.
2. Allow time for your membership payment to be processed prior to accessing the forum if you've joined or renewed today. This can take a few hours for those paying by card and longer if paying by Direct Debit as we await your payment.
3. Try signing into our forum using our quick access forum sign in link.
4. Check if your password is correct. If you have lost your password, use our online forum password reset service. 
5. Contact contact our ADSHG Membership Team to check we have the correct email address for you and will help with any other things that could be stopping you gaining access.

Membership - Renewing your membership:

Please log into the forum when filling in our membership renewal application form. If you aren't logged in, you'll be unable to progress your renewal. See our guide to logging into the forum if you have any difficulties.

Not receiving any post from us?

We send post only to those who joined as a Postal Member. If you joined as an eMember and wish to change your preferences, please contact our ADSHG Membership Team to request a change of membership type. If you are a postal member, its worth contacting our ADSHG Membership Team to check we have the correct address for you and your membership payments are all up to date.

For all other membership enquiries such as changing your email or postal address, access to the forum, or making changes to your membership subscription, please contact our ADSHG Membership Team, quoting your membership number (if you have one). Membership numbers begin with the letter "N", like this "N-1234567".
