We also stock a growing range of other items that we think you will enjoy from day to day, so please do browse our products when you make a purchase as we will be adding new items every now and then. Return Customers Delivery Info Shop T's & C's Delivery Summary UK and Republic of Ireland customers can receive delivery of any of our products, which will be sent by Royal Mail and dispatched within 7 days of the order being placed. As a small charity, our shop is operating part-time, so we appreciate your patience if there are delays to your delivery, which may take up to 21 days. For all other destinations, please see our Delivery information on custom restrictions for products containing syringes/sharps. Please note that one delivery charge is made per order so you will find it more cost effective to order a few items in one go. Stock & Returns Suppliers of medical products have had several challenges from Brexit to driver shortages. Please bear with us as we manage our stock levels. Out of stock items will be clearly labelled as such on the website and we will aim to get them back in stock as soon as we are able. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, or it has arrived damaged, please contact our shop team in the first instance. We are very happy to process refunds but are not able to cover the delivery costs of returning an item. However, for health & safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns of our emergency kits containing syringes. We are also unable to accept returns of wristbands that have been unwrapped from their plastic.
